Support
This reference describes the support deliverables required from third-party teams before a device app is published on Ledger Wallet. Ledger does not provide support for third-party applications.
Requirements
Hosted user tutorial
Purpose: A publicly accessible tutorial that guides users through the app before release.
Constraints:
- Must be hosted at a stable, public URL.
- Must be live before the app is submitted for release on “My Ledger” in Ledger Wallet.
- A Google Doc or similar draft document is not accepted; the tutorial must be on a public-facing page.

Support contact information
Purpose: Contact details submitted to the Ledger support team so that users can be redirected to your team.
At least one of the following fields must be provided:

| Email address | A monitored support inbox |
| Phone number | A support phone line |
| Community channel URL | A link to a moderated community channel |
Constraints:
- All URLs must be publicly reachable.
- Submit these details in the submission form.
Community channel moderation
Purpose: Requirement that applies when community channels (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, or similar) are used as a support channel.
Constraints:
- Channels must be actively moderated.
- Scam messages and phishing attempts must be removed promptly.
